Constitutional Document

This document is part of PiggyVerse's immutable constitution. Changes require supermajority consensus and Poiki approval.

The PiggyVerse Constitution

This document establishes the foundational principles, governance structure, and immutable rules of PiggyVerse. It represents the social contract between all Piggies in the ecosystem.

On Immutability

If a clause is marked Immutable, no governance process, vote, or proposal—regardless of threshold—may alter or bypass it. This absolute protection ensures the foundational principles of PiggyVerse remain stable and inviolable, even against supermajorities or extraordinary circumstances.

Preamble

We, the Piggies of PiggyVerse, establish this Constitution as the supreme law of the PiggyVerse ecosystem, in order to enable a fair, open, and evolving universe where collective creation, freedom of expression, and shared governance may thrive.

ARTICLE I

Fundamental Principle of Decentralization

PiggyVerse shall remain a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), where power is distributed among Piggies according to this Constitution. No single entity, save for the constitutional safeguards held by Poiki, shall have unilateral control over the community.

⚖️ Constitutional clause – requires supermajority to amend
ARTICLE II

The Role of Poiki

Poiki, as the founder and constitutional guardian, holds 1,000,000 votes as a safeguard mechanism. This power may only be exercised to:

  1. Veto proposals that fundamentally violate this Constitution
  2. Prevent hostile takeovers or governance attacks
  3. Protect the core values and mission of PiggyVerse

Poiki's voting power exists outside the standard governance system and may only be exercised as a veto on existential or constitutional violations. It shall not be counted in routine voting, delegation, quorum, or proposal scoring.

Poiki's power does not diminish, cannot be delegated, and cannot be overridden. This represents PiggyVerse's commitment to brand continuity and constitutional integrity across all stages of growth.

Poiki Constitutional Power
Constitutional Protection

This clause cannot be amended or removed except through a supermajority vote (75% + Poiki approval), ensuring the stability and integrity of PiggyVerse's foundational governance.

💎 Poiki holds 1,000,000 votes as a constitutional safeguard. This power is used sparingly to protect core values.

Article I: Rights of Piggies

All Piggies in PiggyVerse are entitled to the following rights within the governance and participation systems of the ecosystem.

🗳️Equal Participation

Every verified Piggy in PiggyVerse has the right to:

  • Participate in governance votes
  • Submit proposals for community consideration
  • Join clans and contribute to their development
  • Access all public documentation and governance records
ARTICLE III

Freedom of Expression

Piggies may freely express their views, create content, and engage in discourse, provided they adhere to community standards of respect and constructive dialogue.

  • Define its own internal governance structure

  • Vote collectively on clan-related proposals

Clans must:

  • Respect the constitutional framework
  • Maintain transparent financial records
